Often the change initiatives will be governed by a Program Management office (PMO) which is ideally a joint Greybeard and client team – it is critical however that each initiative is owned and led by line management, guided by the PMO.
Greybeard will help define the scope of work, KPIs and key milestones for each initiative, the ROI and business case and the overall governance structure with a strong focus on results delivery. We will also time to develop the skills and capabilities of the various client teams as part of the ongoing program of work.
