With extensive experience in primary care, recruitment, clinical leadership and healthcare innovation, Dr Prash has played key roles in establishing new medical initiatives, guiding workforce planning, and driving national and local policy. Dr Prash’s portfolio covers a wide landscape of health, social care and education. He is an NHS Doctor in General Practice, Associate Non-executive Director and the founder of two healthcare start-ups. He is also Clinical Lead at the University of Greater Manchester’s Medical School and currently sits on the governing board of St Mary’s School in Lancashire, where Chair’s the Curriculum Committee.
He has worked nationally at NHS England, where he has led on national and cross-government projects and has contributed to NHS long-term strategies. He supports the professional growth of healthcare professionals and healthcare businesses as a mentor on the NHS England Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, and his entrepreneurial endeavours include founding healthcare-related enterprises and building strategic partnerships to enhance patient care and healthcare accessibility. Prash has completed training at the NHS Leadership Academy and holds a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL).
In 2023, he won Young Entrepreneur of the Year. In 2024, he was honoured as one of the “UK’s 100 Most Influential People”.
