James has over 25 years of experience in senior healthcare executive roles, both in the UK and internationally across Europe, Asia, and the Far East. His career includes CFO, CEO, and Regional Director positions with prominent healthcare organizations such as HCA, BMI (now Circle Health), Ramsay, and Classic Hospitals (Spire).
James has extensive expertise in leading and developing IVF operations. He has served as the Managing Director of Medicover’s international fertility division, overseeing operations across Scandinavia, Central Europe, and India. Additionally, he was the CEO of The Lister Hospital in London, where he also led The Lister Fertility Clinic.
Throughout his career, James has been involved in successful hospital turnarounds, growth, and development, making significant contributions to the advancement of healthcare services and IVF operations.
