Additionally, Raouf established PHHS in California, offering a comprehensive range of home health services including home health, a hospitalist program, home infusions, and durable medical equipment (DME). Under his leadership, PHHS implemented a groundbreaking hospital-at-home program in six states in the USA, providing over 40,000 doctor home visits per month.
