Rebecca has 15 years of experience in ESG and sustainability, complemented by 30 years in the built environment and construction sectors. A qualified architect with a Masters’ in HR & Coaching Psychology, she focuses on the impact of the built environment on well-being and human performance.
Rebecca’s previous roles include serving as the EMEA Head of Sustainability at CBRE and consulting across Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. She is also a tutor at the Cambridge University Institute of Sustainability Leadership, where she shares her expertise with future leaders.
As an ESG advisor, Rebecca works with investors, corporations, property owners, and developers, guiding them on sustainability practices and strategies. Her extensive background and holistic approach make her a key figure in promoting environmental sustainability in the built environment.
