Roohi brings both a scientific and business lens to healthcare. She has extensive experience driving positive outcomes for consumer health and wellness in EAME, North America, China and ASEAN and is co-founder of CAREFUL, a cross-boundary clinical coordination platform that helps multi-disciplinary teams deliver faster, safer, better care through collaboration on one secure platform.
Her experience at J&J, her own Leadership and Employee Wellness Consultancy and at United Family Healthcare (UFH) in China, focused on delivering results which transformed consumer/patient outcomes.
At UFH, her work involved developing new models of care for a $1bn revenue group of hospitals and clinics across their primary, chronic disease management and insurance pathways. She was also responsible for building the strategy for and implementing and managing the group’s corporate client partnerships.
Roohi emphasizes the use of agile technology that can have a substantial impact on patient and practitioner outcomes, especially action-focused solutions that can help curb the global population health crisis.
