Regular readers will recall the article ‘Clinical services transformation at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare – supporting the evolution of clinical care’, published in March 2026.
JHAH was kind enough to approve this article, which explained how Greybeard Healthcare was invited to establish and run a Program Management Office (PMO) to drive forward the Clinical Transformation Plan.
The article made reference to a series of case studies which Greybeard Healthcare was pleased to prepare for JHAH, describing many of the projects within the program, and all published on the JHAH website. The case studies were prepared for a broad audience, including: “Patients and families, healthcare professionals, hospital leaders and administrators, policy makers and regulators, researchers and academics, and public and community members.”
During 2022-2025, a total of 21 case studies were prepared, covering a wide range of clinical issues from operational enhancement to new service launches to hospital-wide process improvements. The information in these case studies should be of great value to anyone seeking a better understanding of healthcare excellence …. especially if they are also responsible for delivering a similar transformation program.
